1 Acceptance of Terms

By accessing phkuya at phkuya.vu, creating an account, or using any part of the platform — including slots, live casino, sports betting, or the mobile app — you confirm that you have read, understood, and agreed to these Terms and Conditions in their entirety.

If you do not agree with any part of these terms, you must not create an account or use the phkuya platform. These terms constitute a binding agreement between you and phkuya.

2 Eligibility

You may only register and use phkuya if you meet all of the following conditions:

3 Account Registration and KYC

Each player is permitted to hold only one phkuya account. Creating duplicate accounts is a violation of these terms and may result in immediate suspension and forfeiture of any balance held across all accounts.

When you register, you must provide accurate and complete information, including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are responsible for keeping your account details current.

phkuya operates a Know Your Customer (KYC) verification process. Before any withdrawal is authorised, you will be required to submit identity verification documents — typically a government-issued Philippine ID. This process exists to protect your account and comply with anti-money laundering obligations.

• Account login is protected by password and OTP verification on your registered mobile number.
• Biometric login is available on the phkuya mobile app as an additional security option.
• You must not share your account credentials with any other person.
• You must notify phkuya immediately if you suspect unauthorised access to your account.

4 Deposits, Withdrawals, and Currency

All transactions on phkuya are conducted in Philippine Peso (PHP). No currency conversion is required; your account balance, stakes, and winnings are all displayed and processed in PHP.

Accepted deposit methods include GCash, Maya, and Philippine online banking transfers. phkuya does not accept credit cards or cryptocurrency as payment methods for gaming deposits or withdrawals.

Withdrawal requests are processed in order of receipt. Processing speed depends on your VIP tier — standard processing applies at Bronze, with progressively faster timelines at Silver, Gold, Platinum, and instant processing at Diamond tier.

• Withdrawals are sent only to the payment method registered on your phkuya account.
• phkuya reserves the right to request additional verification before processing any withdrawal.
• Minimum and maximum transaction limits apply and may vary by payment method.
• Funds deposited through one method may only be withdrawn to the same method, subject to phkuya's discretion.

5 Gaming Rules and Fairness

phkuya offers real-money gaming across slots, live casino, and sports betting. By using the platform, you acknowledge the following:

9 Prohibited Conduct

The following actions are strictly prohibited and will result in immediate account suspension and potential forfeiture of balances:

• Creating more than one phkuya account
• Providing false registration information, including false age or identity
• Using automated software, bots, scripts, or tools to interact with the platform
• Colluding with other players in live casino or poker games
• Attempting to exploit bugs, software errors, or unintended game mathematics
• Using the platform for any form of money laundering or illegal financial activity
• Abusing bonus offers through bonus hunting or multi-accounting
• Accessing phkuya from a jurisdiction where online gaming is prohibited

phkuya reserves the right to investigate suspicious account activity and withhold funds during any investigation. Where fraud or prohibited conduct is confirmed, affected balances will be forfeited and the matter may be referred to relevant authorities.

10 Limitation of Liability

phkuya provides the platform on an "as is" basis. To the fullest extent permitted by applicable law, phkuya excludes liability for:

• Any loss of funds arising from your gaming decisions or wagers placed on the platform
• Service interruptions due to scheduled maintenance, third-party outages, or network issues
• Losses arising from unauthorised account access where you have failed to maintain credential security
• Indirect, consequential, or punitive damages of any kind

phkuya's total liability to you for any claim arising from platform use shall not exceed the net deposits you made during the relevant period, and only to the extent that such liability arises directly from phkuya's negligence.

11 Changes to Terms

phkuya reserves the right to update these Terms and Conditions at any time. When changes are made, the updated version will be published on this page with a revised effective date. Material changes will be communicated to active account holders via the registered email address or through a platform notification.

Your continued use of phkuya following the publication of updated terms constitutes your acceptance of those changes. If you do not agree to the revised terms, you must stop using the platform and may request account closure.
